Second Wind Consultants, Inc. (SWC) is looking for the next full-time member of its consulting team. As a business consultant within SWC’s RISE Services (Reorganize, Insulate, Strategically Eliminate), you will work directly with business owners whose companies are in distress and over-leveraged with debt. The job consists of initially conducting a financial evaluation of a client’s business with the SWC team to refine a strategy that will preserve the business operations. The next step is executing that strategy with the team to create a second chance and path forward for the client while avoiding courtrooms and bankruptcy. A typical clients’ lifecycle within RISE is 10-15 months, which means creating and developing meaningful relationships with clients is an important part of this role.
