I …. “WE” ARE THANKFUL!
The holidays are upon us. Each and every one of us has something to be thankful for. It may not be materialistic. The richest reasons to be thankful come at no charge. Allow me to list a few of those. Examine each one of them. If you can relate to at least one of these you have been blessed with a true lasting gift!
1. Good Health
2. A healthy loving family
3. True Friends, people you can depend on
4. The birth of a new grandchild, or the birth of a son or daughter
5. A warm place to call home
6. Food on the table
7. Faith in a higher power
8. Vision to see what’s before you
9. The ability to foregive
10. The knowledge you are never alone. Mankind is caring
You woke up today. Everyday is a gift. You and you alone have the ability to take each day and use it to it’s fullest potential. That is probably the greatest of all gifts. You are in total control of your destiny!!
The nicest cars, the biggest homes, the amount of money a person has in the bank, the dapper clothes worn, the high powered jobs, all fail miserably when compared to what is there for all if your context is in the right place.
The 10 reasons to be thankful I’ve mentioned are ingrained in each of us from birth. Somewhere along the way we lose sight of what our true blessings are. I hope this blog will remind all of why we should all be thankfull. We are blessed.

Partner Event Contribution
I stated a business with couple of my friends using my basement as out office. Since the start of the business which was two years ago, we have not had any substantial income to pay for rent and utilities. We are losing money the business is only worth the value of the assets. I have being paying for it because it my house. Six month ago we decide to promote an event which was a huge loss. One of the partners has decided to move on, the remaining partners have agreed to paid him but is initial investments which was on out partnership agreement but he has refuse to accept it. He is also asking we paid him his contribution towards the event because it was a load to the company. We did not have any written agreement that the contribution was a loan to the company. We decide to promote the event using the company’s name for our own profit gain. Is he right requesting for his contribution and are we right if we refuse to refund his part of the contribution towards the event.
