Fighting The Battle And Winning With 400,000 Visits To Our Blog
This week another milestone will be reached. Since March of 2007, we’ve had 400,o00 visitors peruse this blog (www.secondwindconsultants.com) and its predecessor, Let’s Talk Business (www.letstalkbusiness.com). I have written and published 1215 posts in this blog alone!
I’ve recently added a few more blogs to my catalog: Musings of a Serial Entrepreneur (www.dontodrin.com), a more personal blog about both business and random thoughts, Small Business Bailout Plan (www.DonaldTodrin.com), and Banker, Let’s Talk (www.bankerletstalk.com), a discussion from the point of view of defaulting borrowers, representing the voices of the thousands of small business owners I speak with every year and giving them a chance to be heard. And I am certain there are more to come as I have a lot to say about the plight of small business. Small business owners are paying attention, reading, and acting on the advice I offer, improving their businesses and lives as a direct result.
While I have been constantly advised to monetize the valuable information I provide, my response has consistently been – and will remain – that I give what I know away to other small business owners so they may learn from it and improve their businesses and their lives, providing security for their families and jobs for their employees. If I can help one small business owner do better, I am fulfilling my mission. I remain committed to it and will continue to do this work of helping small business owners survive, emerge and succeed in this turbulent time. That is my mission.
I believe I have helped many and in this way I pay forward honoring those who have helped me along the way.
I thank everyone who has visited my blogs. I am hopeful you have gained some insight into how you can improve your lives and your businesses. You are my inspiration and I dedicate this work to you, warriors of the spirit, selflessly sacrificing so your families and employees can have better lives. As business owners, we are all committed to personal success in a chosen field of battle, the small business arena where we fight, fall down and get up again and again without applause and without fanfare. You are committed warriors of the spirit and I do this for you.
