Financial Tornado

Recently parts of our nation have been hit hard with tornado’s.  Seeing the devastation on television is one thing.  Being up close and personal is another.

Living in the greater metro Springfield,  Ma. area you just don’t expect a tornado to “touch down.”  The unexpected happened however.  A few weeks ago parts of our area were hit hard by the unexpected.  Preparation for such an event was questionable.   Warnings came at the last minute and homes and businesses were demolished.   Yes,  lives were lost.

It has taken me some time to deal with the devastation mother nature can offer.  This post was in the making for a while, but my emotions needed time to heal the sadness I’ve experienced so that I could correlate this disaster with the ordeal of  what  1000′s  of small business owners are experiencing in today’s economic down turn.
