PRIDE … Results

Life is good.  Spring is in the air!  Baseball season has begun!  New place to launch the day from!  Great group of friends to spend time with.  A possible (potential only) budding relationship!   Good health!

As I take stock of my personal blessings,  none comes close to the sense of pride and accomplishment which my job here at Second Wind affords me on a daily basis.  It is a great feeling each day to come in to the office and know that today I personally may be responsible for turning someone’s life around … in a positive way.   There are not many opportunities in other work places to do what we do here … help our fellow man with a problem which often times seems impossible to solve.   We not only help that individual but are always aware that more often than not we are helping entire families!  Bringing sunshine to gloomy days.   We author hope!  We author Solutions!

There is no better feeling than to hear,  after a long and well executed plan,  from a business owner who now has his financial life back in order.  The pride that I feel is indescribable.  MY WORK HELPS PEOPLE!!  How many can say that.   Sure, we all work for a paycheck.  However,  personally speaking,  for the first time in my career that is NOT what it’s all about!!  With so much adversity going on in the world,  at the end of the day I feel like I’ve done my small part to help breath life back into what seemed like an impossible situation.

Guess what?  Everyone who walks through our door each morning feels the same way. THEY GET IT!!  YOU CANNOT FAKE COMPASSION! Every business owner we “pull into the boat” can be confident that this is a lot more than just a job to us.  What ever phase we happen to currently be in in life, young or “not so young”, at this point in time this is our life’s work.  We all have an opportunity to make this a better world – “ONE BUSINESS AT A TIME!”

Yes, life is good.   Life  is what YOU make of it.   ASK FOR HELP!!
