SECOND WIND – “SECOND CHANCE”

We’ve all been there.  ”If only I had it  to do over again.”  Be it striking out with the bases loaded in a long since forgotten Little League game,  or buying what turned out to be a gas guzzling vehicle.  It’s the nature of who we are as human beings.   “If only!”   In reality,  ”Second Chances” are truly built in to every decision we ultimately make.  Many come naturally.  No question’s asked … just make better choices!  Other’s however come with some sacrifice as well as hard work.   The goal is to take an uncomfortable experience and make it palatable.  The most rewarding “Second Chance’s” successfully fulfilled are when  decisions or occurrences by other entities were the primary reason a “Second Chance” was needed.  In many small business situations today, the economy has taken what was initially a solid decision and forced entrepeneurs to muster up a “Second Chance!”  Unfortunately  these business owners cannot do this alone!  There are too many pit falls to dodge as well as procedures to follow.  There are certain leverages for businesses that are experiencing difficulties that can and should be utilized to promote initiating that much deserved “Second Chance!” Making the wrong choice and taking full responsibility for it is one thing …. live with the consequences or right the wrong!  Your fault totally! However, when the choice you originally made WAS in fact the right choice at the time  and you worked dilagently to succeed until you were blindsided by the downturn in the economy,  that small business owner is not only entitled to that “Second Chance” but also guaranteed  one!

“If Only I had it to do over again!”   You have that option!    There is a plan! …  Discover it!!
