Socioeconomic hara-kiri & ‘holding the bag’.

Our client Tony’s ex business partner choose the socioeconomic hara-kiri of chapter 7 bankruptcy.
His business future is…well, he really doesn’t have one, and his credit standing is…well, only slightly above single digits.

He received bad advice, probably from a bankruptcy attorney who had no experience dealing with Small Business Administration guaranteed loans.

Tony in contrast came to us. We settled Tony’s personal guarantee on the outstanding SBA guaranteed loan for pennies on the dollar. Tony’s business future is un-blighted and his credit score un-effected by the offer in compromise settlement worked out by Debt Relief Services.

Tony’s letter to me follows.

Dear Mr. Schell:

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of appreciation and thanks for all your services through my SBA loan workout. I am truly grateful for you and Debt Relief Services for guiding me and others in similar circumstances with our business problems. You have educated me in how to deal with financial institutions in these situations and have been a great support through the whole process. I gained confidence and assurance each time we spoke that my situation would have a successful outcome.
And, I am very pleased with the results of our efforts after all these months -which would not have been possible without your expertise.

Calling you after reading Donald Todrin’s website is one of the best business decisions I have made and I will recommend others suffering through such ordeals to do the same. I found Mr. Todrin’s website very informative and encouraging, and in speaking to you Norm that same message was conveyed. You are knowledgeable and professional and working with you has been the best experience I’ve gone through during the course of owning my small business.

Thank you Norm for all the help you’ve given me throughout these months. You are a great asset at Debt Relief Services and have been an excellent resource and support to turn to for me, and will be for future clients.

Mr. Anthony B.
