Debt Relief Services Success Stories
Debt Relief Services Inc is underwritten by Second Wind Consultants in order to meet our corporate mandate to give help to anyone who calls us.
The typical person getting assistance from Debt Relief Services is one whose business has already failed, and who now is faced with the grim results of their ‘Personal Guarantee’ on the SBA backed loan.
I know of no other debt workout company that underwrites a skilled non-profit arm ready to offer pro-bono help to anyone who calls.
The following examples are typical of our results.
To whom it may concern,
I highly recommend the services of Norm Schell (Second Wind Consultants). He provided me with excellent service and advice, definitely went above and beyond the line of duty. His honesty and experience was much appreciated in a very difficult time.
Norm is a top notch professional, easy to talk to, gets to the point, and strives for results. Thanks to him, I successfully settled a $24,000 SBA loan down to $5000, unbelievable. Thanks again Norm, I would sincerely recommend the services of Second Wind Consultants to anyone, keep up the great work!

Norm,
I just wanted to thank you again for all of your help with my OIC. The bank ultimately accepted an offer of 5K on a 12K remaining balance and forwarded packet to the SBA! I absolutely couldn’t have done it without you and I am sincerely grateful.

Norm,
I want to thank you for your very professional help and support with the presentation of our revised OIC. Here is some of our story.
I had a manufacturing business established in 1950 that was quite dependent on the housing market, and despite our best efforts and along with the resistance of our lenders to help us through this severe economic crisis, this business failed leaving over $333,000 in an SBA 7A loan. Of course, my wife and I had personal guarantees. Our home was sold short earlier this year so we had no longer had any appreciable assets. It was not like the SBA would be able to take much from us. In November 2009 we submitted an SBA Offer-in-Compromise (OIC) offering $0 and it come back declined in early April 2010, with the reason that we offered no consideration.
Following that I did an Internet Search and found your website and blog. I read just about every article pertaining to SBA loans from July 2009 to April 2010. I felt that you were right on point on those articles. Naturally, hindsight is always 20/20. I wished I had read these articles before the first submission. I called you first on 4/6 and you responded within a day. After some emails, we spoke again on 4/19 once I had my package together. All was in order and the revised OIC was submitted to our bank on 4/20.
Our bank had some questions and there was a couple of back and forths. Our last response to them was on 5/12 answering their last questions. On 5/25, we were notified the SBA accepted our OIC. This was much quicker than the last response (two weeks instead of 22 weeks)! The final offer was $5,000, structured as you recommended with $2,000 up front (with an explanation of where this was coming from) and $100 per month for 30 months. This was a 98.5% reduction from the outstanding balance! Wow!
We are still in a period of turmoil and coping as best we can. But this is one issue that we no longer need to worry about and we have you to thank. So, THANKS!
We heartily recommend your services for anyone seeking for support resolving SBA debt.
