Knowledge Matters

KnowledgeMany times Second Wind will obtain a client who has recently been rejected by the SBA.  The client reads Don’s blog and believes they don’t need our expertise, that they are good enough on the phone or with paperwork, and that they can complete an Offer in Compromise alone.

The simple truth is that knowledge matters.  We ask for a fee because of knowledge.  Many times a banker will be dead set against a client and they will completely turn around as soon as we come into the picture.  The reason is knowledge.  Demonstrating our understanding of SBA guidelines and what the banker needs to accomplish is vital.

Any banker will be happy to work with this office as soon as we can show them that we want to get them the guarantee.  This is not to say there are not major battles to be fought, but the most important battle is over as soon as we show the depth of knowledge this office holds.
