Workouts: Modern day miracles, but are hard to stomach

Tough to StomachEliminating debt, settling personal guarantees, saving your business, saving your home.  These are the results of our work and are nothing short of a miracle, and the best part of the whole situation is that we succeed… EVERY TIME

Sound too good to be true?  Looking for a catch?…Well there is none, the strategy does not fail because we work within the SBA guidelines.  We work with them, not against them.  And the results benefit our clients while simultaneously satisfying the SBA.

However, this does not happen overnight.  There is no instant gratification.  Default, judgements, collection letters, stressful times, tight cash flows, all are a part of this process.  A process that takes many months.  Our clients must be committed to the process, and if they are, they will make it to the end and receive all the benefits of a workout.

Workouts do not make you rich, they are tough times.  There are times where no progress is made, while we wait for the SBA or Bank to review the documentation, while appraisals are being completed, etc. With realistic expectations and good cash flow management, any client can make it, as many do.

What doesn’t work is the need for instant gratification.  Again, what we do is nothing short of a miracle…. but we are not magic, and cannot deliver results overnight.  Clients impatience or inability to work through a difficult experience can be the achilles heel.  Manage your cash flow, downsize and cut overhead, pay only necessary payables, and you will survive this difficult time.

We experience success everyday.  Our typical settlement results in 90-95% debt forgiveness.  Be patient, set realistic expectations for yourself, and focus on running your business while we focus on running your workout.
