So it begins….

So Don decides he has a great idea one day.

He wants all his employees to write a blog about ourselves and what we do here at Second Wind.  Well what exactly can we say about life here at Second Wind?  Our office is barren as my wife tells me in the rare instances she is allowed in.  I have a desk which is hard to find underneath the critical paperwork of the day.  Our crew is absolutely nuts with a touch of brilliance…. or maybe it is the other way around.  I can’t always tell.  I personally have never had a job I liked as well or had as much fun at.

Don is our fearless leader, the man is uncanny at what he does.  I have never met anyone more skilled or into what he does.  His blogs have been critical to making people aware of what we do.

What is there to say about what we do?  We take families that cannot survive and strip the debt away so they can put food on the table.  I have a couple who use less than 300 dollars a month on food because that is all they can get!  When they get done the first thing they want to do is eat at a restaurant.  Not some crazy french restaurant where the waiter makes more than you do in a year, but just a simple meal at a restaurant because they cannot accomplish that with the income they have.  Hearing the stories of these people is astonishing.  Banks lending over a million dollars as start-up capital for a one man painting company.  How many brushes and ladders does that one man need?

In essence I get paid to have fun and tear creditors up all day and keep people employed.  What have you done for the economy lately?
