Every business owner needs a line of credit, borrowing power.
Its like gasoline for the engine, without it we get nowhere, with it, we can put the pedal to the metal and go as fast as we dare. The problem is we as business owners have more then likely either exhausted our personal credit potential or destroyed it along the way because of the typical financial bumps in the road experienced while developing our businesses. I came across your website a few months ago and have appreicated the topics and information- as a new business owner you have helped validate what I thought I should be doing and also point me in the right direction on other issues. Your advice seems to be very timely in todays market. My most current need is to develop a business line of credit, but there does not seem to be alot of help out there for the small business- we do about 2.2Million a year in gross revenue. Is this program you are referring to a SBA program or attcached to a bank?

I currently have a small childcare and have had some hard times in the last year which have completely ruined what little credit I had. My husband and I have been interested in residential real estate for a year now. We have made our business plan, put our team together and have everything in order except the money. It has been increasingly difficult to find a hard money loan. Is this a program for us? If so could you please send more info on this program. We would like to get started with our dream. I do not think the program i have in mind would work for you however I do have a few suggestions, call me and i will share wth you a broker who will get you a loan for a real estate purchase.
Additionaly in this day of upside down real estate, you should be ab le to get second paper or other creative funding techniques to work for you…be aggressive and it will work out.
