Apparently many entrepreneurs believe that producing a great widget, or providing a superior service is all that is required to succeed in business. Further, it seems that most business entrepreneurs believe that luck is a necessary component for success. A little luck never hurt and can help a lot, but once again this is not a good plan for success.

The requirements must be properly implemented and appropriately funded and if done, success is guaranteed. It requires much attention to the design and implementation of many details, but this is the way. Follow this path and reach business heaven–a profitable, successful business enterprise. 5. You need a financial plan.
6. You must design and implement an effective sales and marketing plan.
7. You must install a well-monitored operational plan.
8. You must provide an employee career path that includes training, cross-training, incentives and regular reviews.
9. You must build a website that educates, creates dialogue and sells.
10. You must design a growth plan for you, the company and your employees.
